Kristin graduated with honors from UC Berkeley with a BA in Architecture. Since 2000 she has been a licensed real estate agent, and she is also a licensed general contractor with many years of experience in residential construction. Offering a trio of architectural design skills, construction management experience, and real estate knowledge, Kristin is uniquely positioned to advise our clients regarding home design, repairs, remodeling, and construction. She is well-versed with local city building codes and knowledgeable in the approval process of local planning departments.
With extensive managerial experience in projects throughout the Bay Area, Kristin helps our sellers to prepare their homes for sale and also serves our buyers regarding post-purchase home remodels. She has completed small- and large-scale construction projects locally in Palo Alto, Palo Alto Hills, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, and nearby cities. She offers our clients sound advice in improving their properties, and they can put their trust in her strong background in construction when making home purchases and improvement decisions. Being a long-time resident of the Bay Area, she also has a strong understanding of local communities and neighborhoods.
Born and raised in Taiwan, Kristin speaks fluent Mandarin and Taiwanese; after immigrating to America, she attended Monta Vista High school in Cupertino, and she has been a resident of Palo Alto since 1994. Kristin was an active parent for 12 years in the Palo Alto Unified School District and Palo Alto Stanford Aquatic Swimming Club (PASA), where her son (who is now a student at Purdue University) was a competitive swimmer. She has in-depth experience and knowledge about Palo Alto school’s academics and athletics, and she is also quite knowledgeable about the college application process. Kristin loves to travel and watch movies, and she also enjoys the performing arts by attending opera, concerts, and musicals.
