About Tom

Tom Huang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and he is a registered Traffic Engineer with the State of California. Tom Huang has provided transportation planning, engineering, and management services for a variety of public and private development projects since 1996. Tom offers his clients his extensive project management experience to streamline their entitlements for Southern and Northern California developments. Tom’s professional background includes preparation of traffic impact analyses, parking studies, site access evaluations, and traffic engineering designs. Tom brings over his managerial expertise and experience to Julie Tsai Law Realty Group, where he is experienced in providing customized services that are suited to individual client’s specific needs and requirements. His commitment to superior customer service and team leadership are evident in his managerial roles within the real estate and transportation engineering industries.

Tom loves using his power tools and enjoys working on his latest new built during his free time when he is inspired. He has been serving as a volunteer teacher in the religious education department of his church for over 20 years, where he had mentored youths from elementary school to college, including his two children who are in college at New York University and in Gunn High School at Palo Alto. Tom donates platelets or plasma on a regular basis at the American Red Cross Blood Center. Born in Taiwan and raised in Southern California, he speaks fluent Mandarin and Taiwanese. With a wealth of well-rounded skills and knowledge, Tom offers excellent customer service to our clients for their specific needs in real estate sales and purchases.
